I am a Senior Biostatistician specialising in clinical trials, specifically withing the oncology therapeutic area.

I have 9 years of applied experience and have collaborated on 20+ published cancer studies, including ones published in Q1 journals (Journal of Clinical Oncology, Lancet Oncology etc).

Interested in the efficient implementation and execution of adaptive and Bayesian trials, with experience in group-sequential designs, toxicity and futility monitoring, dose optimization, single arm designs, information borrowing, and adaptive randomisation.

Involved with the design and sample size estimation of trials and real-world studies. For example, developing randomisation schemes, planning clinical prediction models, and specifying apropriate estimands in the Protocol and Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP).

I am also experienced in deriving oncology outcomes, such as RECIST and RANO response endpoints. I am familiar with relevant regulatory guidance such as ICH E guidelines, FDA, and MHRA/EMA documents.

I provide senior statistical oversight across a portfolio of investigator-initiated academic trials and translational studies and serve on multiple Data Monitoring Committees (DMC).
