Responding to Copyright Infringement Claims
Upon receipt of a valid notice of copyright infringement, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the User who posted the material. The User may respond with a counter-notice if they believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
If we receive a counter-notice, we may reinstate the material unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the User from engaging in infringing activity related to the removed or disabled material.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of Users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material. If you believe that a User is a repeat infringer, please notify us at the contact information provided above.
