Job description
Retrospective study of non metastatic HR+ (hormone receptor positive) Her2 negative breast cancer patients in the Indian Subcontinent: A Multicenter Observational StudyTo assess the proportion of patients eligible for adjuvant CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy as per NATALEE and MonarchE trial criteria and to analyse the rate of utilization across tertiary cancer centers in India.

- Among those eligible, proportion of patients who have been offered treatment and proportion who have accepted. Among those accepted- distribution of Ribociclib, Abemaciclib, Palbociclib
- Among those eligible, proportion to whom it was not offered. Among these , distribution of reasons for not offering
- Predictors of CD4/6 usage (CDK4/6 offered): multivariate logistic regression (Age, menopausal status, stage, use of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, center (1 and 2 vs 3)
