About the project:We are a fast-growing analytics-driven business and need an experienced Data Scientist for a 3-month contract. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to build models, run experiments, and deliver measurable results.
What you'll be doing:Month 1 – Onboard & explore
Learn our data stack and pipelines. Audit current reporting gaps and align with the team on priorities.Month 2 – Build & iterate
Own a prediction model end-to-end. Run A/B experiments and present clear findings.Month 3 – Drive impact
Ship a model to production with real business impact. Propose a roadmap for what comes next.We're looking for someone with:
• 3+ years of hands-on data science experience
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar)
• Solid SQL skills with large, messy datasets
• Experience designing and analysing A/B tests
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholdersBonus if you have:
• Experience with GCP or AWS
• MLOps or deployment pipeline knowledge---Project details:
