SPSS Analyst & Writer for Mixed-Methods Survey on the experiences of Hispanic/Latino staff in Child WelfareI’m seeking a skilled SPSS analyst and writer to support a research project focused on Latino professionals within the child welfare system. The project involves analyzing a 15-question survey (30 responses, 4 of these are partial responses) that includes both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. The goal is to surface patterns, insights, and narratives that can help understand the challenges faced by staff and why they choose to leave. Scope of Work:- Clean and analyze quantitative data using SPSS (frequencies, cross-tabulations, and basic correlations if applicable) -Visualize key findings using charts, graphs, or tables- Thematically code and synthesize qualitative responses from fill-in questions - Write up results/findings in a clear, engaging format suitable for internal reports, and presentationsDeliverables: - SPSS output files and syntax - Thematic summary of qualitative responses - Written report of findings with interpretations-visualizations
