This task involves a detailed discussion of the outcomes, endpoints, and overarching goals of a health research project in order to develop a comprehensive statistical analysis plan (SAP) that addresses the background, rationale, objectives, hypotheses, primary (and secondary) outcomes, endpoints of interest, relevant variables and data structures, statistical methodologies, and table and figure mock-ups needed to successfully carry out the statistical analysis of the health research project. This task does not include implementation of the SAP.
